14.2hh and is 5 panel negative. Driftin Coal is a solid producing sire, throws lots of color, and passes on a no nonsense kind of mind and correct conformation to his foals. The picture was taken this spring, but he slicks off to be the blackest of black. He came from the Sunshine Ranch’s production sale in Conrad, MT and was started when he was younger. He’s been predominantly used for pasture breeding, and he’s a true gentleman to the mares and foals. We don’t have the mares anymore to justify keeping him, but he’d be a great addition to your breeding program if you’re looking to add speed and refinement to your next foal crop.
