BISCUIT – 2017 GRADE Bay John Mini Mule.
Say hello to BISCUIT! He is the star of the show out on the farm being a mighty 41 inch mini! He has been fantastic to have around with a fun and charismatic personality. Biscuit has had consistent riding and driving over the past year. He has traveled with us everywhere. Some of the places he has been to is indoor arenas, gymkhanas, trail rides, and clinics. This little guy keeps up with the big horses very easily. He has an impeccable walk, long trot, and will lope with encouragement. He crosses water, bridges, tarps, walks or jumps over logs-which ever you want. Biscuit knows hip yields, flexing, started on shoulder yields, and backs. He is in the stages of laying down and sitting, it does not take much coaxing to achieve these cute tricks! Biscuit is broke to drive a cart, confident walking and trotting and certainly loves it! We have tested weight with him while driving and this boy is strong. He will be a great asset driving him into the field to drop mineral/salt blocks if that is what you wish or giving cart rides at family parties. He will back with the cart, and make sharp turns when asked. He knows groundwork very well and loves working liberty. Prior to coming to us he was started on clicker training with positive reinforcement. Biscuit is very smart and steals the hearts of little girls and boys. We do still consider Biscuit to be ‘green’ with riding and driving, so we recommend an intermediate youth or adult minimum for his future home. All the training that he has received is by his 13y/o gal. Biscuit hard ties, is hobble broke, stands for the farrier, vet, deworming, and having his mane roached. We are proud to offer him up for sale and will be sad to see him go. He also gets along great in a herd, respects fences, and will most likely swoon all the mares. Harness, cart, and tack will come with Biscuit. He has a fat pocket on his left side that does not affect his health or performance. We are ok to hold biscuit for 10 days after sale date. A $10/day boarding fee after. We are also happy to have people out to see/try him. PPE’s are welcome at buyers expense, and we can help arrange hauling. LOCATION: Peetz, CO.
