PEEWEE – 2006 GRADE Black Gelding
Peewee is a true cowboy’s horse. He’s spent the majority of his life working on a ranch, handling all the tasks that come with it. From dragging calves to the fire to doctoring cows in the pasture, he’s done it all. I bought him for my wife, but he’s a bit too much horse for her and too small for me. He’s got more go than whoa and needs someone who’s confident and has a firm hand. He’s never tried to rear or buck, but he can be a bit pushy since he likes to take the lead. He stands at 14.3 hands and is really stocky. He can keep going all day without slowing down. He’s not a in your pocket type of horse and needs some grain to catch him. Stands great for the farrier and loads into trailers perfectly. If you’re a cowboy in search of a horse, he’s definitely the one for you.
