Woody is a 15.1 hand 4-year-old bay roan gelding. This is one very nice gelding as he has seen many miles on the ranch and done every ranch job. He has been pasture roped on, sorted pairs, worked the alleys and seen some very rough and rocky terrain checking and gathering cattle on the mountain. Woody comes from the neighboring ranch where he has had the right training and handling. Everyone who has rode him Woody says they love this horse. He is an all-around ranch and trail gelding with lots of talent and a gentle, sweet, lovable personality. Woody has a good one-handed neck rein, knows his leads, and likes to stop correct on his hind end. Woody rides in a group or out by himself. He will side pass up to a mounting block, rock, or anything you ask him to; so you can easily step on him. He does all the trail obstacles, pushes a ball, and is good with tarps. Woody stands great for the fairer, is excellent for the clippers and a bath. Woody has enough size and bone to make an all-around rope horse. He has been tracking the roping dummy and he will be ready to come out of the box. We have taken Woody to team sorting’s and he’s a fun horse in the pen. We believe Woody will fit any level rider. Woody will load into and back out of the trailer, he also hauls well. He is up to date on worming, vaccinations, dental and farrier. We welcome you to come ride him before the sale and encourage you to do a PPE at your expense. We will haul to any vet in Park County Wyoming free of charge.
