Chester is well built and gentle on the ground. Stands quiet when tied, good to shoe, bathe, haul and gets along well in a group. Chester lopes nice circles, has a good stop, moves well off of leg pressure, side passes to get gates and is starting to turn around. He has had time riding outside checking cows, crosses water and ditches and is good with dogs. He has been started working live cattle in the arena and tracking the dummy.
