Sackett is a very well-built gelding, stands 15.1hh weighs close to 1200. He really rides around soft and collected, wants to stop and turn around. He is a very nice ranch and trail horse great in the mountains, great around cattle, good to rope on. Good to shoe and easy to catch, he has a nice way of traveling. I think he would also make a really nice performance horse. He is loping a nice circle and none of the sounds or excitement seem to bother him. He has been to hunting camp and packed also, really leads well in a string. Does very well with other horses or by himself. Sackett is a really nice gelding just going into the prime of his life.
