15.1 hands tall and wears a size 1 shoe. I purchased Campbell from Jon Geil as long yearling in December of 2018. He had already hand an excellent start being gentle, halter broke and sacked out. In 2019 I night calved on him at the LU Ranch in Meeteetse, WY. He became very used to standing patiently and being rode after dark checking calves and got a good, solid 90 days of light riding. In March of 2019, I moved to South Dakota and he was turned out to grow and ridden occasionally. He has always remained gentle and broke with time off. July 1, 2020 Campbell was in his first 4th of July parade in Cody as a 3 year old. He took everything like a solid, seasoned horse. I moved back to Wyoming and took a job in town but Campbell was still used for trail riding, hunting packing as well as ranch rodeos, branding and parades. He has always been there for me, no nonsense, does great with time off, just grab him and go do anything I need. 2024 Campbell was my go-to horse at the 2 Dot where we branded 1800 head, rode health and moved cattle all summer. From taking care of my young son, to doing ranch work, to a solid seasoned mountain horse to riding in town, Campbell is as solid, safe and broke as you would want. Out on the trail, Campbell navigates rough country great and is very sure footed. He is smooth riding in all gaits. He isn’t herd sour, no vices or bad habits. He has always had a good mind and is easy to work with. He neck reins, moves off your legs, knows his leads and has a good stop. He is dog broke, use to all kinds of livestock and wildlife. Clean legs, no scars or blemishes. Never been lame or sick. 100% sound. Campbell is double registered both ApHC and Colorado Ranger Horse Association. He is up to date on worming, vaccinations, dental, and farrier. He sells with a basic PPE and comes with his vaccinations and dental records. You are welcome to do your own PPE at your expense.
