TURNER – 2020 GRADE Bay Tobiano Gypsy Cross Gelding.

14.1 HH and growing. Sound. Looking for the perfect addition to your ranch? Need a calm, broke horse, but want one with his whole life ahead of him? Let me introduce you to Turner: Turner is truly as sweet as they come. He has proven himself to be level-headed, gentle, and smart. At the barn, he has earned the affectionate nickname of “Grandpa” as he seems to have the body of a three-year-old and the mind of a thirty-year-old. He has the easy-going nature of his Gypsy stud, but retained the athletic abilities of his Quarter Horse dam. Turner was started slowly and mindfully as a two-year-old and has had extensive and consistent training. Since the start of his training, he has been handled daily. He loves people and has excellent ground manners. You can keep him in a stall or out in a pasture with other horses, it doesn’t seem to bother him either way. The main focus of his training has been making him soft in the mouth while becoming supple and easy to move off of all aids. You can ride him with or without spurs and he has been trained in a smooth shank snaffle. He neck reins, has both leads, collects at all gaits, side passes, and I can’t seem to find an obstacle that bothers him. He has also been sacked out with just about anything and everything in the barn. Turner hard ties, can stand for hours whether he is tied to the wall or you’re sitting in the saddle, is easy to catch, and stands like a statue for the farrier. Turner is up to date on all vaccinations, dental work, farrier work, and deworming. VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lj8NQ_SaX-k  FMI: 303-335-7366. Coggins. MO16
