TRIXIE – 2022 GRADE Black Draft Cross Mare
Are you looking for a horse that loves attention, but can still get the job done? Look no further, Trixie is the horse for you! Trixie is a draft cross mare standing at 16hh. She is gentle, loves children, gets long great with other horses, dogs, tarps, arena calls, and all types of traffic. She crosses water and loges with ease and loads with zero issues. Trixie knows her leads and lopes circles both ways, sides passes and is soft in the mouth. She is also taught three different tricks to make getting on easier. She lays down on cue, stands for the mounting block, and will pick you up along the fence. She has been ridden all summer by 4 & 5 year old little boys and they can ask her to go any and everywhere. This spring, Trixie was used in the branding pen and did a fantastic job. We have used to move cows and gather horses. This Fall we packed her in the steep Wyoming Mountains and she never missed a beat. Trixie is a smart mare that picks up new things quickly, easy to shoe, and loads into a trailer with ease.
