OAKIE – 2007 GRADE Dun Gelding.
14 hands. This is a been there done that type gelding the whole family can enjoy! He’s been trail rode extensively and doesn’t care if he’s a mile ahead or a mile behind he just keeps his pace and goes where you point him. Take him out moving and pairing cattle or haul him to town and team pen or ranch rodeo on him then turn around and throw your kid on to go down the road. He’s been out of the box a few times on both the head and heel side and knows the barrel pattern too. He’s by no means finished in any event but handy enough to go out and get just about any job done. I’ve never seen him take a lame step but PPE’s are welcome at buyers expense. I’ve been unable to ride so he is currently in pasture shape but you can saddle him up and ride right off. Will hold free of charge for 7 days after the close of sale and will haul up to 150 miles to meet the buyer/hauler. $10 a day board after that. LOCATION: Appleton, MN.
