ROXY – 2013 GRADE Black Quarter Pony Mare
Roxy is a 12 year old breakaway, goat tying, and ranching quarter pony. She was sold to us to be used by our 7 year old daughter, but she is too much horse for her. Roxy would be better suited for an older, more experienced kid or someone looking for a smaller mount. She stands at 13.3 hands, has good solid feet and has not ever foundered. We have seen videos of girls goat tying on her and she ran straight and true! We were also told she had been roped on out of the box, however we have only tracked the sled. Good with a rope and can crack the bull whip. The only vice we have found is that she doesn’t like fly spray. A junior high girl would do great with her.
