ALIMONY – 2015 GRADE Blue Roan Gelding.

Alimony has been part of my personal string for 3 years. He has spent several elk seasons in the Bighorns, has been exposed to gunfire and animal carcasses. I’ve used him on the mountain gathering cattle. He will cross water, deadfall, or anything you point him at without hesitation, including riding down the highway. He also spent a winter in Texas tracking the dummy on the heel side. Tons of exposure to cattle, sheep, goats, donkeys, and dogs. Good to load, haul, and good to shoe. DAKOTA DUTCHESS – 2014 RMHA Black Mare x MMR’s Prince Of Peace x Squirrel Too out of Sierra Sable x High Rebel.

Stocky and Gaited! Meet Dutchess, a double registered Rocky Mountain and Kentucky Mountain mare. She stands 15.1 HH, is easy to catch, good with her feet, loads, bathes, ground ties and hobbles. Always been barefoot and always been sound. Her main job has been trail riding and rounding up cattle and goats. You can open gates from the saddle. She crosses water and other trail obstacles without hesitation. Even though she has never offered to buck, we wouldn’t recommend her for a beginner as she can like to move out at times. She does have a couple small scars on her neck and a shortened mane near her withers from itching bug bites last summer.
