Special Sessions are eligible to submit UP TO 5 ADDITIONAL QUALITY PHOTOS. You can email them to info@billingslivestock.com. Please put in the subject line the name of the consignor and name of the horse and do one email per animal. BLS and its associates reserve the right to refuse photos. Examples can include but are not limited to: People standing on the back of the horse. That is an automatic refusal. Photos with riders face(s) blacked out, inappropriate poses of animal(s) and/or rider(s) and some portrait photos. LANDSCAPE PHOTOS are needed for placement in the actual catalog. We normally use the photo that is attached to the consignment form for the main catalog photo so please make sure it’s a good landscape (when you would turn your phone sideways to take the picture) photo. View the following pages for a list of photographers that are available to help. A majority of them travel all over the US taking photos.

Canadian Customers

At BLS we begin your paperwork process as soon as you purchase a horse. If you are not exporting your horse back to Canada, please let our office manager know when signing up for your buyer number. Our staff is proficient in the proper paperwork and the simpler protocol for exportation to Canada. Paperwork can be available at 9 a.m. on Monday. For more info at 406-245-4151. HAULERS, HOLDING, AND INSURANCE
We make it simple!! Billings Livestock has a hauling coordinator on site at every on-premise event who will assist in procuring hauling for your purchases. Holding your purchase at Billings Livestock pending transport is also available with longer hold times available at a private facility. Arrangements can be made at time of sale. Insurance is also available, please ask at time of purchase.

ATTENTION BUYERS We offer on-site coggins testing on sale horses only. If you purchase a loose horse without a coggins test (as required by your state) we process the test on site.
