TAFFY – 2011 GRADE Chestnut Mare.
Taffy stands 14.3 hands. She is a gentle, friendly, and in your pocket type of mare. Taffy is easy to catch and stands tied. She’s an easy keeper and does fine in a herd with mares and geldings. She’s mostly been used as a trail horse, and follows in line great and will also lead. We’ve had her around cattle and she didn’t seem to mind. She’ll ride in the arena but she prefers the trail. She’s just a solid trail horse with no spook. Taffy is good with her feet and has been shod every summer. She is a little pigeon toed, but it’s never seemed to bother her and she’s always been sound.
